    The Kousba hike offers a mix of landscapes and experiences, from sweeping mountain views to tranquil riverbanks. Classified as Level 5, it combines steady climbs, descents, and varied terrain that will keep the day both active and rewarding.

    Highlights of the hike:
    • Start from Kousba electricity company.
    • Ascend a long stony staircase to reach Deir Hamatoura Monastery, perched dramatically on the cliffs.
    • Follow the edge of the cliff with panoramic views.
    • Descend into lush valleys and walk alongside the riverbanks.
    • Pass by old abandoned houses, with lunch near one of them.
    • End the trail with a stunning view of the sea.
