    Join us for an exciting hike in Bkassine, named one of the world’s best tourist villages by the World Tourism Organization. Known for its red-roofed houses and Lebanon’s largest pine forest (1 million m²), the village is famous for producing high-quality pine nuts.

    Hike Details
    🔹 LEVEL 2 (5 km - Easy)
    • Starts from the public park, following a shaded downhill trail with views of Jezzine, Niha, and the Chouf region.
    • Pass by old stone stairways and natural water sources (not drinkable).
    • Ends at a bus pickup to Bkassine village, where you’ll have time to explore.
    🔹 LEVEL 5 (11 km - Moderate to Challenging)
    • Follows the same initial trail before continuing to an old mill and river stop.
    • Ascends through a dense forest, a 2-meter-high "fougere" bush, and prayer caves.
    • Ends along a scenic dirt road with breathtaking views, meeting LEVEL 2 at the olive press.

    End of the Journey
