Snowshoeing - Laqlouq Snowshoeing - East Side - Jbeil District

  • Laqlouq, a resort for both winter and summer activities, is perched on a plateau at an altitude ranging between 1750m and 2000m.

    During winter, Laqlouq boasts numerous water reservoirs resembling ice ponds, adding a unique charm to the snowshoeing trails. This time, we'll explore the eastern side of Laqlouq.

    There will be two levels of difficulty available. We'll be taking a new route this time, with the eastern side offering more snow, scenic vistas, and cedar trees.

    While both levels will traverse the same area, the more challenging route will tackle steeper hills and a longer path, culminating at the cross, offering panoramic views of the entire region.

    We will then stop for a cup of coffee or tea near the fireplace at a charming restaurant.

    On the return journey, we'll make a stop in Annaya to visit the St. Charbel monastery, where you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a meal or whatever you desire.

    MEETING TIME: 8:00 AM. Departure at 8:15 AM sharp.

    There will be a breakfast stop along the way.

    PRICE: $40 per person including transport, guides, snowshoes and insurance.
