Hiking Trip - Ayoun Samak Hike - Doniyeh District

  • Hike to Ayoun el Samak
    We are heading to Ayoun el Samak, one of Lebanon’s most beautiful natural sites, located along the Nahr el Bared between the Doniyeh and Akkar regions. Fed by multiple natural springs, the area offers lush scenery and peaceful riverside landscapes that have long inspired artists and filmmakers.

    This hike is divided into two levels:
    Level 2 & 3 – Easy Riverside Walk
    • Gentle walk along the river
    • Shaded paths and scenic views
    • Time to relax and take photos
    • Walk ends at a local restaurant near a waterfall
    Level 5 – Panoramic Trail
    • Uphill hike to panoramic viewpoints
    • Views over the village and lake
    • Descent to the river and riverside walk to the restaurant

    Both groups will meet for lunch at a special local restaurant in a beautiful natural setting.

    In the region of Akkar
    95 Km from Beirut

    WHEN: Saturday, March 07

    MEETING TIME: 8:00 AM. Departure at 8:15 AM sharp.

    MEETING PLACE: Parking of Sagesse School in Jdeideh, facing the public garden. (See map on: https://www.vamos-todos.com/Pages/ParkingMap.aspx).
    There will be a breakfast stop along the way.

    PRICE: $65 per person including transport, guides, insurance and lunch.
