    Join us for a unique adventure through the El Metn wine region, where we’ll unveil the secrets of exceptional winemaking and explore the enchanting beauty of this remarkable area. To start our tour, we offer an optional hike to the captivating ruins of the Moukarzel Hotel, where you’ll enjoy stunning 360-degree panoramic views, setting the stage for an unforgettable day.

    Our journey through El Metn will feature three outstanding wineries, each with its own distinct character:

    Riachi Winery, Khenchara: Our adventure begins at the historic Riachi Winery and Distillery in Khenchara. With a legacy spanning eight generations, Riachi is Lebanon's oldest continuously operating beverage manufacturer. Their impressive range includes premium wines, arak, gin, vodka, liqueurs, and Lebanon's very first single malt whisky.

    Cave du Monastère St. Jean, Khenchara: Next, we’ll visit the charming Cave du Monastère St. Jean in Khenchara. Here, you'll explore the winemaking traditions of the Metn region and sample a diverse selection of wines, from reds and whites to rosés and sweet blends, all set against the picturesque hillside backdrop.

    Mysterre Winery, Dhour Choueir, Ain Sindyene: Our final stop is Mysterre Winery, nestled in the serene landscape of Dhour Choueir, Ain Sindyene. At Mysterre, you’ll experience the unique flavors of their wines, crafted by Hady Jerdak, a dedicated winemaker known for his meticulous approach. From grape cultivation in Ain Sindyene to the precise bottling and storage, Clos Mysterre is renowned for its attention to detail.

    Throughout the day, we’ll enjoy a leisurely stroll and savor a homemade lunch prepared by the owners of Mysterre Winery in their delightful garden setting. Join us for a day of exploration, exceptional wines, and the natural beauty of El Metn.

    PRICE: $70 per person including transport, wine tasting, guides, insurance and lunch.

    WHAT TO GET: Light snacks that will boost up your energy such as dried fruits, water, cap, sunglasses and sunscreen. Wear comfortable shoes such as hiking shoes and always keep a windproof jacket in your backpack.

    SPECIAL RATES:
    - Children with the age of 10 and younger will have a discount of 5$.
    - Children/ Teenagers between the age of 11 and 18 will have a discount of 4$.
    - University students will have a discount of 3$ provided that they present their university card.
    - Groups with 5 to 9 persons, with different criteria than the above, will get a 2$ discount.
    - Groups with 10 or more persons, with different criteria than the above, will get a 3$ discount.

    PAYMENT TERMS:
    - Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged half-price.
    - Reservations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged an extra 2$.
    (e.g. Cancelling or booking for a Sunday’s event on Saturday will be subject to the above terms).

    ESSENTIAL ECOTOURISTIC RULES & REGULATIONS
    - Smoking is strictly prohibited during the event
    - Always follow the guide on the designated trail
    - Do not go off road without notifying the guide
    - Do not get close to a cliff especially when the guide in charge tells you not to do so
    - Although accidents are covered by the insurance but they remain under the responsibility of the member
    - Sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control, slight modifications to the program may occur. Ecotourism rules must be followed, otherwise personal accidents will not be accounted for by the insurance.
