    Nestled in the heart of the Byblos mountains, Ehmej is one of Lebanon’s most charming villages, surrounded by serene forests, oak trees, and breathtaking autumn landscapes.
    Our hike was organized in cooperation with Al Baydar – La Vallée Blanche, a peaceful eco-farm that celebrates authentic rural life through sustainable practices and fresh, farm-produced food.

    Our moderate 8 km hike will lead us through forested trails, gentle slopes, and scenic valleys - the perfect way to embrace the beauty of the season. Afterward, we’ll return to Al Baydar for a homemade lunch featuring the village’s famous matmoura and other local specialties - a true farm-to-table experience that reflects Ehmej’s warm hospitality.

    There will be a breakfast stop along the way.

    PRICE: $65 per person including transport, guides, insurance and lunch.
